Job Title: Business Development Manager (UAE / KSA Market – IT Hardware Sales)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced BDE to contribute to our Back Office Sales Team
based in India. The team supports and executes sales operations for IT Hardware products
targeting clients in the UAE/ KSA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT
hardware sales excellent skills and experience working with international markets
particularly the Middle East is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify the target market.
Cold Calling
Introduce the products & solutions to the potential customers.
Generate inquiries from the customers.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and
relationship building.
Coordinate with internal teams (purchase logistics presales technical support
finance) to ensure seamless deal execution.
Market & Product Knowledge:
Maintain updated knowledge of IT hardware products (servers storage networking
equipment peripherals).
Stay informed on Middle East market trends client preferences and competitor
offerings.
Provide input to sales strategies based on market intelligence.
Key Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business IT or related field.
Experience: 1years of experience in sales operations or IT hardware sales;
Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT hardware products
Market Exposure: Experience working with Middle East clients is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office CRM tools and ERP systems.
Preferred Qualities:
Proactive self-motivated and results-driven.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced target-oriented environment.
Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
