Senior Accountant / Finance Manager (Real Estate)
Location :Trivandrum
Experience: Min 5 years of business finance or relevant experience.
CTC : 4.8Lacs -As per industry standards
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Finance Accountancy Banking or a related discipline; professional qualifications

Job Responsibilities
* Oversee the Company’s overall financial operations and lead the Accounts and Finance function.
* Manage accounting finance credit control and cash flow operations to ensure financial stability.
* Ensure accurate maintenance of financial records books of accounts and accounting procedures in line with applicable standards (GAAP / IFRS)
* Prepare and present monthly quarterly and annual financial statements including Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss accounts.
* Conduct financial analysis and interpret accounting data to support management decision making.
* Monitor financial performance against approved budgets and prepare variance analysis reports with corrective recommendations
* Prepare financial models for financing investment and corporate activities to assess risks and returns.
* Manage banking relationships including credit facilities covenant compliance and annual Reaccredit reviews with lenders
