Remote Employee Benefits Account Manager(CA Only)
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in managing and supporting the employee benefits accounts ensuring exceptional service delivery to clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee benefits excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely with occasional travel required during enrollment seasons.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $80000 - $110000 annually plus commission eligibility for any business bound from cross-sell opportunities or client referrals.

Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of fully insured group accounts ranging from 10-250 lives.
- Conduct open enrollment meetings independently and effectively.
- Handle cross-sell opportunities from the Commercial Lines production team.
- Market accounts and manage renewal presentations.
- Quote new and renewal business as needed.
- Utilize software tools such as Ease/Employee Navigator EPIC and Mineral (HR) to manage accounts.
- Travel during enrollment seasons to conduct in-person enrollment meetings.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Active Life & Health (L&H) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in employee benefits account management with a preference for candidates with 5 years of experience.
- Proven ability to conduct open enrollment meetings independently.
- Proficiency in software tools such as Ease/Employee Navigator EPIC and Mineral (HR).
- Strong public speaking skills and the ability to communicate proactively and effectively.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
