Job Summary

Job Title:Fall 2026 Student Intern- Accounts Payable

Work Place Flexibility: Hybrid

Job Summary/Purpose:

The shared services organization has a need for an Accountant intern to join the Accounts Payable team.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Use of PeopleSoft technology to perform daily Accounts Payable tasks. Including maintaining vendor master files
  • Support and Conduct control testing in accordance with Sarbanes Oxley
  • Develop improved financial processes reports and information.
  • Understanding of IRS regulations to support the creation of 1099s and 1042s.
  • Identify opportunities to re-engineer systems and processes to improve Accounts Payable and the end user experience
  • Special projects to enhance and improve technology

Education Requirements

  • Seeking an individual pursuing a bachelors (Junior or Senior) or Masters degree with concentration in Accounting Finance or similar program with strong analytical skills
  • Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher is required (on a 4.0 scale).
