In this role your goals will be:
In three months:
- Fully immerse in Fulcrums operational processes.
- Establish foundational relationships across internal teams and external partners.
- Formulate a detailed 6-month strategic plan.
In six months:
- Evaluate the overall health and performance of the project portfolio identifying successful completions ongoing initiatives and rejected proposals.
- Implement targeted improvements or adjustments.
- Complete the mid-year performance evaluation for all team members and share feedback.
In 12 months:
- Produce a significant and impactful body of work that directly contributes to and fulfills all key success criteria for both clients and the agency while also meeting personal and team performance indicators.
- Complete the annual performance evaluation for all team members share performance feedback and identify training needs for team members
What your day job looks like at WPPMedia:
- Provide strategic direction and oversight for the development and execution of content campaigns across digital social experiential and entertainment platforms.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners including media organizations content creators platforms and production companies.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to a team of content and creative strategists fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of content strategy into broader marketing and communication initiatives.
- Develop and implement measurement frameworks to assess the effectiveness of content campaigns and optimize performance.
- Translate brand objectives into actionable content strategies that drive measurable business results.
Minimum qualifications:
- 12-15 years of experience in content strategy creative strategy branded content development or pop culture marketing.
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing branded intellectual property influencer collaborations and large-scale content campaigns.
- Exceptional ideation storytelling and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment think strategically and execute with precision.
- Experience working with creative agencies digital platforms pop culture media outlets youth-focused brands or beauty/personal care companies is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms.
