Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Proofread (English & French) marketing and commercial materials to ensure accuracy consistency and compliance with brand and regulatory standards
- Provide general administrative and coordination support to the commercial team as needed
- Coordinate marketing projects according to established timelines tracking milestones and deliverables
- Support the establishment and maintenance of governance processes for Immunology ways of working
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners (e.g. marketing medical regulatory operations) to support launch readiness and/or product lifecycle
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in marketing project management life sciences or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Comfortable working with digital tools document management systems and databases proficient in Microsoft Office
