About the role
Are you ready to join a dynamic team and make a real impact in the world of IT support RAQ is seeking a talented and motivated ICT Service Desk Officer to provide first-class support for our applications and systems. As the first point of contact for our users youll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

In this exciting position youll have the opportunity to showcase your technical expertise problem-solving skills and customer service prowess. Youll be responsible for managing service requests resolving issues and contributing to the continuous improvement of our IT infrastructure. Additionally you will:

• Contribute to improving service desk operations to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Configure and maintain Microsoft Intune policies for device enrolment security compliance and application deployment.

• Provide support for Microsoft 365 applications including OneDrive SharePoint and Teams.

• Provide support for our end users in our core system applications

• Develop and implement PowerShell scripts to streamline routine IT operations and improve efficiency.

• Effectively manage projects and timelines to ensure the successful achievement of project goals.

• Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development and reflect on feedback to improve performance.
  

About you
To excel in this role you are a highly motivated and skilled IT professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and technical support. Youhave a strong background in IT with a focus on problem-solving collaboration and continuous learning.

Additionally you have:

• Vendor Certifications including Microsoft Cisco or equivalent experience

• Minimum of 3 - 5 years industry experience as a level 2 IT technician

• Demonstrated experience in Powershell scripting & automation

• Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Defender Co-Pilot InTune One Drive Sharepoint & Teams

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Always think out of the box and be proactive in your approach to new challenges.
