About the role:
As an Inbound Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for delivering high levels of customer service including handling consumer communication enquiries and providing each customer with a highly personalised experience throughout.
In the role you will be
- Deliver exceptional customer service to customers.
- Ensure all customer queries are resolved within a timely manner.
- Data entry for accurate maintenance of our database.
- Commit to consumer advocacy and deliver great outcomes for both the consumer and our client.
About you:
- Previous Contact Centre experience highly regarded.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Strong computer and systems literacy Salesforce/CRM experience desirable.
- You are a target orientated individual who strives to meet the goals set for them.
- Willing to learn & thrive being a part of a supportive inclusive team.
