About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Associate Business Operations to support vendor management telecom compliance procurement inventory tracking and project deployments. This role offers strong exposure to telecom operations cross-functional coordination and AI-driven operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory & Order Management

Maintain telecom inventory including numbers trunks and infrastructure resources
Track resource utilization and purchase orders
Support billing validation and audit documentation

Vendor Coordination

Coordinate with telecom operators SMS vendors and infrastructure partners
Track vendor performance and resolve service or billing issues
Maintain vendor documentation and contract records

Procurement Support

Support vendor onboarding and procurement processes
Track purchase requests and payment status
Assist in identifying cost optimization opportunities

Project & Deployment Support

Support telecom service launches and new region deployments
Track project milestones and coordinate go-live activities

Process Improvement & Reporting

Support SOP creation and process automation
