Job Summary:
The Senior Business Consultant manages the day to day execution of program management change management and performance improvement initiatives for PSC. This role translates strategy into execution manages schedules and metrics and drives measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple concurrent initiatives across PSC mission support functions.
- Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules and risk logs.
- Lead change management planning communications and adoption activities.
- Design and maintain performance metrics dashboards and reporting tools.
- Conduct business case analysis process improvement and ROI assessments.
- Support senior leadership workshops planning sessions and briefings.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience supporting US Coast Guard (USCG) and/or DHS (MUST).
- Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or related field.
- PMP or equivalent DHS project management certification.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience or 5 years with a Masters degree.
- Strong experience with performance measurement and analytics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project Power BI Excel SharePoint and Teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to contribute to growth & business development activity as necessary.
