Examinations Invigilator

Grade UE03: 24729 to 25804 per annum pro-rata.

Guaranteed Hours minimum 20 hours per year.

Open Ended (permanent).

We are looking for Examinations Invigilators to support the Universitys in-person examination service.

The Opportunity:

With around 1200 exams and 100000 student sittings across three main examination diets December (2 weeks) April/May (4 weeks) and August (2 weeks) the role of invigilator is crucial as part of ensuring the successful and secure delivery of the examination diet.

Supporting the designated Senior Invigilator you will be able to demonstrate:

• Experience of working within a team environment
• Able to communicate effectively and professionally with other invigilators and students
• Good customer service experience is required to assist in dealing with students and staff
• Experience of working within guidelines and following procedures
• Demonstrate good organisational and administrative skills
