TheRole:

The Performance Managerwill be a crucial member of our client-focused team responsible forassistingin the planning execution and optimization of global digital acquisition campaigns for our luxury sectorclient. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking analytical prowess and strong collaborative skills to ensure consistent performance adherence to global guidelines and effective knowledge sharing across international teams. You will play a key role in driving brand visibility and customer acquisition through various digital channels

Key Responsibilities:

  • Global Campaign Support:Assistin the planning coordination and execution of digital always-on acquisition campaigns (Paid Search Paid Social Display Programmatic etc.) across multiple international markets ensuring strict alignment with the clients global strategy and brand guidelines.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:Contribute to the comprehensive analysis and reporting of campaign performance globallyidentifyingkey trends insights and opportunities for optimization to maximize ROI.
  • Cross-Market Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing:Actively liaise with local market teams tofacilitatethe exchange of insights best practices and performance learnings fostering a connected and high-performing global network. Participate in global team calls and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Quality Assurance & Compliance:Support the implementation and adherence to global performance marketing guidelines ensuring consistency and quality across all digital activities.
  • Market Intelligence:Stay abreast of international media trends regulatory changes and platform updates (e.g. Google Meta programmatic platforms) sharing relevant information and potential implications with both global and local teams

  • Desired Skills andExperiences:

Experience:3-5 years of proven experience in media planning and buying either agency-side or client-side with a strong emphasis on performance marketing. International exposure is highly desirable.

Language Skills:Fluency in French is essential alongside businessproficiencyin other languages is a significant advantage.

Technical Acumen:Demonstratedunderstanding of various digital acquisition channels (Paid Search Paid Social Display Programmatic) and their respective platforms.

Analytical Skills:Comfortable with numerical data and figures with a strong ability to analyze campaign performance and extract actionable insights.

Project Management:Capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously prioritizing tasks effectively and managing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Interpersonal & Communication:Dynamic with excellent interpersonal skillsa strong senseof client service and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse global teams.

Problem-Solving:Proactive approach toidentifyingchallenges and a genuine aptitude for imagining and proposing innovative solutions.

Attitude:Enthusiastic with a strong willingness to learn and adapt. Possesses a creative mindset and an interest in business development.
