You will be responsible for the personal care and clinical oversight of an 80-year-old VIP Principal aboard a private superyacht. Situated in the heart of the yachting world this role offers a dynamic summer itinerary cruising between Monaco Ibiza Sardinia and the Greek Islands. Your primary objective is to ensure the Principal receives hospital-standard care with the discretion and grace required of a private household.
The Team You will be an essential part of a high-performance medical team. A Lead British Doctor provides clinical governance ensuring you are never working without expert direction. You will also collaborate with resident Physiotherapists and a Western-trained nursing cohort to deliver comprehensive multidisciplinary care.
The Safety We prioritize the sustainability of our medical staff. To prevent fatigue and ensure the highest standard of vigilance we strictly enforce a double-nurse shift system. This structure guarantees that you have adequate rest and the time to explore the yachts prestigious ports of call during your downtime.
The Process We respect your current location. The initial selection phase is conducted via a secure online interview platform allowing you to qualify for this role from France or abroad before any travel logistics are arranged.

Education: Western BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) is the mandatory educational standard.
Experience: Minimum of 4 years in Acute Care (ICU ER or A&E) is required to manage the autonomy of the role.
Language: Native or C1 (Advanced) English is essential for clear clinical communication.
Attributes: High emotional intelligence absolute discretion and the ability to adapt to the formal etiquette of a superyacht.
