Job Summary
BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate opening for a Client Services Associatein ourPhiladelphia PAOffice.

TheClient Services Associate will:
- Provide superior customer service
- Focus on the new hire training and onboarding process for new RNs LPNs and HHAs joining the organization
- Run the background check process according to PA state regulations
- Build strong relationships with regional recruiting partners
- Build and manage employee file compliance
- Conduct divisional recruiting market calls
- Promote and participate in BAYADA employee recognition programs
Qualifications for a Client Services Associate:
- Bachelor degree is preferred
- Prior recruiting/onboarding/HR experience preferred
- Demonstrated record of successfully taking on increased responsibility (goal achievement)
- Ambition to grow and advance
- Strong computer skills required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
