The Partnership Associate will drive Marhams growth by identifying onboarding and managing high-impact B2B partnerships. This role is the central link between our partners and our internal teams responsible for everything from crafting winning proposals to launching integrated marketing campaigns. You will not only manage the relationship but also analyze performance and resolve conflicts to ensure long-term scalable success.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development: Identify and approach potential B2B partners (corporates healthcare providers and organizations) and develop tailored partnership proposals.
Marketing & Campaigns: Design and execute co-marketing campaigns with partners to drive brand awareness and user acquisition.
Relationship Management: Act as the primary liaison between internal teams (Product Marketing Operations) and external partners to ensure seamless execution.
Conflict Resolution: Proactively identify potential friction points and lead conflict handling efforts to maintain healthy professional relationships.
Analytics & Reporting: Track partnership health through data analytics; prepare regular performance reports to highlight ROI and areas for improvement.
Documentation: Maintain organized records of partnership pipelines contracts and campaign assets.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
12 years of experience in partnerships business development or B2B marketing.
Proven ability to create compelling proposals and marketing collateral.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Exceptional coordination skills with a knack for managing cross-functional projects.
