Our client Blink Co is hiring for a Customer Success Associate in Lahore.
Location: On-site Lahore
Team: Customer Success
About the Role
Were hiring a Customer Success Associate to manage relationships with our business clients. Youll ensure adoption retention and growth acting as the strategic partner between clients and internal teams.
What Youll Do
- Own client relationships post-implementation
- Drive product adoption and usage
- Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews
- Identify upsell and renewal opportunities
- Translate client feedback into product insights
- Work cross-functionally with Product Tech Growth and Support
What Were Looking For
- 13 years of experience in Customer Success Account Management or B2B roles
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical thinking and comfort with data
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Power BI or SQL
- SaaS or tech startup experience
