Requirements:
- BBA in Human Resource Management Business Administration or a related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in HR operations and/or recruitment.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to engage professionally with employees at all levels.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Good interpersonal skills to support employee relations and internal coordination.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Working knowledge of HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain attendance records and support timely and accurate payroll coordination.
- Assist in implementing and communicating HR policies and procedures in line with company guidelines.
- Support initiatives that promote a positive work environment and company culture.
- Handle day-to-day employee queries and assist in resolving routine employee relations matters.
- Support technical recruitment activities including sourcing screening interview coordination and hiring support.
- Assist in representing the company at job fairs and recruitment events as required.
- Support HR operations such as onboarding offboarding employee documentation and record management.
- Assist with performance management processes including coordination of goal setting and performance reviews.
