Job Purpose
To ensure effective execution governance and continuous improvement of the Distributor ERP (DERP) across all distributors within the assigned geography in line with defined contracts SOPs and organizational guidelines. The role serves as the first level of system support within the country driving successful rollout adoption issue resolution escalation and feedback for system enhancements. Additionally the role aims to strengthen distributor performance by expanding numeric reach increasing active outlets improving productivity per outlet and ensuring consistent and standardized execution across all distributors and dealers.
Key Accountabilities
- Ensure distributors have recommended equipment and infrastructure in place to deploy DERP effectively.
- Roll out DERP and provide on-site training to distributors and their teams.
- Communicate governance requirements and ensure understanding of daily invoicing processes.
- Explain SOP guidelines for management of discounts rebates and promotions ensuring understanding by the distributor distributor team and AkzoNobel TO.
- Communicate Customer Master Product Master and Supply Replenishment/re-order processes ensuring understanding by the distributor team and AkzoNobel TO.
- Serve as the first level of support for system-related issues.
- Utilize defined tools to escalate issues when additional support is required following the BU and vendor helpdesk process.
- Seek urgent assistance for high-priority tickets as needed.
- Work according to the defined escalation matrix.
- Ensure all system issues are uploaded and tracked in the portal.
- Identify white spaces and low-coverage markets through structured market mapping.
- Optimize distributor operations for coverage efficiency service levels inventory health and AR control.
- Monitor and improve performance of channel partners through regular reviews and action plans.
- Track numeric reach active outlets and channel KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Conduct regular distributor audits covering inventory accuracy stock norms AR pricing schemes and compliance.
Experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience
- Proven capability managing system deployments and commercial tools
- Advance Microsoft Office skills (Excel PowerPoint and Word)
- Clear communication skills (written and verbal communication skills) and strong interpersonal and influencing skills
Education
- University degree preferably MBA or similar
