Job Summary

Tender Executive manages the end-to-end bidding process from identifying analyzing and preparing technical/commercial proposals to submitting bids via e-tender portals (e.g. GeM CPPP). They ensure compliance with tender regulations coordinate with internal departments for data handle pre-bid queries and maintain records to secure business contracts.

Key Responsibilities

Tender Identification: Monitor search and analyze relevant tenders (RFQs RFPs EOIs) on government and private portals.

Documentation & Submission: Prepare review and compile technical and commercial bid documents ensuring strict adherence to submission deadlines and compliance requirements.

Coordination & Communication: Collaborate with sales logistics legal and finance teams to gather information pricing and approvals.

Portal Management: Handle e-tendering platforms (e.g. GeM CPPP) including uploading documents handling queries and navigating through tender changes (corrigendums).

Follow-up & Tracking: Track tender results manage post-bid negotiations and maintain documentation for awarded contracts.

Required Skills:

QA automation engineer software testing Trained to work on automation tools Playwright Cypres Tool from microsoft 1 to 2 years experience One year contract 35 to 45k
