Job Summary
Tender Executive/Manager –
(Salary between 35k to 40k)
Mumbai Location
Key Responsibilities
- Bid Preparation & Submission: Review tender documents manage portals (e.g. GeM CPPP)and prepare pack and submit proposals before deadlines.
- Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all bids comply with industry regulations and company policies.
- Coordination: Collaborate with internal departments (sales technical commercial) to collect necessary information.
- Market Monitoring: Identify relevant tender opportunities and track competitor activity.
- Post-Submission: Handle clarifications follow-ups and documentation for awarded contracts.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Procurement or Engineering.
- Experience: Proven experience in tendering proposals or procurement.
- Skills: Strong analytical organizational and communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Knowledge: Familiarity with e-procurement portals and contract management.
