Coordinate with merchandising cutting fabric and pattern teams for seamless material flow line setup SMV calculation and inventory management. Supervise production staff provide training and implement industrial engineering practices like line balancing for efficiency gains. Track KPIs on output costs quality and safety; report to senior management and drive process improvements
