- Troubleshoot mechanical issues using technical manuals schematics and diagnostic tools.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation using digital work order systems.
- Provide timely and professional customer support including clear communication of service status and recommendations.
- Replace worn or damaged components and ensure proper calibration of repaired systems.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to coordinate service schedules and resource allocation.
- Adhere to safety protocols OSHA standards and company compliance guidelines during all service activities.
- Recommend upgrades or replacements based on equipment condition and performance data.
