Strong knowledge of performance testing methodologies and tooling.
Proficient in creating load scenarios and analyzing front-end and back-end performance through
detailed diagnostics.
Proficiency with scripting languages (Python Bash JavaScript or Java).
Solid understanding of distributed systems web services APIs and database performance.
Ability to analyze profiling data logs and metrics.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP).

Job Responsibilities
In this crucial role as a QA Performance Engineer you will:
Performance Testing
Design develop execute and maintain performance test plans and test scripts (load stress
endurance scalability).
Execute performance tests using tools such as JMeter LoadRunner or similar tools.
Simulate real-world workloads and identify system bottlenecks.
Analysis & Optimization
Analyze performance test results and work with engineering teams to diagnose issues.
Provide detailed reports on system behavior latency throughput and resource utilization.
Recommend performance improvements for application infrastructure and database layers.
Monitoring & Observability
Work with APM tools such as AppDynamics New Relic Dynatrace DataDog or Grafana.
Monitor system metrics (CPU memory disk I/O network DB queries) during tests.
Validate logging instrumentation and tracing for performance insights.
Automation & CI/CD Integration
Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins GitLab CI GitHub Actions etc.).
Automate performance test execution and result reporting.
Collaboration
Partner with developers DevOps product teams and QA to ensure performance is considered
throughout the development lifecycle.
Participate in architecture and design discussions to identify performance risks early.
