Job Summary
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle for plotted land including lead generation site visits plot allotment and booking documentation to achieve monthly targets.
- Strong understanding of CRM technology
- Conduct market analysis on plot pricing competitor layouts and local demand trends; negotiate terms like payment plans and plot sizes
- Handle client queries on plot amenities approvals and legal aspects.
Requirements
- Bachelors in Business Real Estate or Marketing; 3-5 years in plotted sales or land development preferably in Karnataka.
- Familiarity with plot registration processes and CRM tools for tracking plot inventory.
- Expertise in on-site sales techniques plot visualization tools and digital marketing for plot promotions.
- Strong negotiation relationship-building and analytical skills for competitive plotted markets.
- Proficiency in MS Excel for sales reports and local language communication.
- Language English and Kannada is a must
