Job Summary

Finance & Accounts (OHL & SS)

Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports for OHL (Overhead & Legacy) and Shared Services (SS) entities.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes ensuring timely and compliant financial reporting.
Monitor budgets and actuals providing variance analysis and actionable insights to management.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards internal controls and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies and improve process efficiency.
Assist in the preparation of forecasts financial models and performance dashboards.
Maintain and enhance financial systems and documentation to support scalability and audit readiness.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance and accounting preferably within shared services or corporate finance environments.
Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
Strong understanding of IFRS or GAAP accounting standards.
Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with financial reporting budgeting and internal controls is highly desirable.
