Job Summary
(OHL / SS)
- Monitor and maintain compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations.
- Support the development and implementation of standardized operational procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
- Prepare and review reports documentation and performance metrics for accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in the coordination of audits inspections and internal reviews.
- Provide timely updates and actionable insights to leadership based on operational data.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations compliance or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of regulatory standards and quality management systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with data analysis tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
