Job Summary

OHL & SS

Coordinate project activities across teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment with objectives
Monitor project progress identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for all project phases
Support compliance with safety quality and regulatory standards
Facilitate communication between stakeholders including clients contractors and internal teams
Assist in the preparation and review of project plans schedules and budgets
Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiencies

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Engineering Construction Management or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in project management software (e.g. MS Project Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations (e.g. OSHA ISO) is highly desirable
Willingness to travel to project sites as required
