The Mission
We are recruiting a clinical expert for a dedicated 1:1 medical assignment aboard a private superyacht. Your patient is an 80-year-old VIP requiring attentive continuous medical observation. The vessels upcoming itinerary explores the trending and pristine waters of Southern Italys Puglia region (The Heel of Italy). You will oversee the clients care while the yacht navigates the dramatic limestone cliffs of Polignano a Mare the historic fortress port of Otranto and the white sands of Gallipoli. This role demands a practitioner who can deliver hospital-grade care in a region renowned for its baroque architecture and crystal-clear waters.
The Team
You will be supported by a comprehensive world-class medical infrastructure:
Medical Director: A Lead British Doctor providing 24/7 oversight and clinical governance.
Rehabilitation: Specialist Physiotherapists dedicated to the clients mobility and strength training.
Nursing Unit: A collaborative team of Western-trained nurses ensuring seamless care continuity.
The Safety
To guarantee patient safety and prevent practitioner fatigue this position operates on a strict Double-Nurse Shift System. You will always work alongside a qualified colleague ensuring safe manual handling accurate medication administration and the ability to take structured rest breaks.

Requirements
Education: Western-trained Registered Nurse (BSN/Bachelors Degree is essential).
Experience: A minimum of 4 years in high-acuity settings: ICU CCU ER or A&E.
Language: Native English speaker or C1 proficiency required for clear clinical communication.
Attributes: Exceptional clinical judgment polished presentation and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
