Are you a Lead Dental Nurse or Dental Nurse looking for an exciting new opportunity
Are you ready to step into a leadership role in a friendly and modern setting If so weve got a vacancy at our welcoming Elms Lea Dental Care practice in Brighton.
- Full-time hours available - 42.5 hours per week over 5 days
- Competitive hourly rate from: 15.50p/h
- Typical shifts: Monday to Friday 7.45am to 5.15pm
- Flexibility to work Saturday mornings once a month and occasional Wednesday evenings
- Modern and well-equipped surgeries
- Private practice close to Preston Park train station with beautiful gardens for the team to enjoy
Youll lead a team of nurses to deliver the highest standards of patient care in a safe and compliant environment.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead our nursing team whilst delivering exceptional patient care in a supportive and collaborative environment. As Lead Dental Nurse you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our practice maintains the highest standards of clinical excellence team cohesion and patient satisfaction.
About you

- A recognised Dental Nursing qualification and active GDC registration
- Previous experience in a similar lead or senior dental nurse role
- A caring and empathetic approach with strong communication and leadership skills
- A team player who thrives on supporting others and delivering excellent patient care
