Job Summary

The Mission: We are recruiting a high-caliber professional to deliver 1:1 nursing excellence for an 80-year-old VIP. This position is based aboard a luxury superyacht with a dedicated summer cruising schedule. Your environment will shift from the azure waters of the Greek Islands to the opulent ports of Monaco and the sun-soaked decks of Ibiza. This role offers a rare opportunity to practice high-level acute care within a mobile luxury setting.

The Team: You will operate within a structured medical department reporting directly to a Lead British Doctor. The team dynamic is reinforced by Physiotherapists and a Western-trained nursing cohort ensuring that you have constant professional support and clinical backup.

The Safety: We are committed to preventing fatigue in high-stakes environments. You will work a dedicated double-nurse shift system ensuring equitable distribution of duties and guaranteed rest periods allowing you to maintain peak performance without burnout.

Requirements

Requirements:

Education: Western-trained Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science (BSN).
Experience: 4 years of rigorous experience in Acute Care (ICU ER or A&E).
Language: Native English speaker or C1 fluency is required.
Attributes: Resilient professionally presented and capable of discreet service.
