Job Summary
The Mission: Join an elite onboard medical team providing 1:1 nursing care for an 80-year-old VIP. This role offers the unique opportunity to work while cruising the most exclusive waters of the Mediterranean. Your summer itinerary features iconic destinations including the glamorous harbor of Monaco the vibrant nightlife of Ibiza and the crystal-clear waters of the Greek Islands.
The Team: You will not work alone. This position operates under the clinical direction of a Lead British Doctor supported by physiotherapists and a cohesive unit of Western-trained nurses. We foster a professional medical environment amidst a luxury setting.
The Safety: Patient safety and nurse well-being are non-negotiable. We implement a structured double-nurse shift system ensuring you have the support needed to deliver acute-level care without the risk of fatigue.
The Process: To facilitate global applications all initial vetting and interviews are conducted remotely via a secure online platform allowing for a swift and efficient hiring decision.
Requirements
Requirements:
Education: Fully qualified Western-trained Registered Nurse (BSN).
Experience: A minimum of 4 years in high-pressure Acute Care (ICU ER or A&E).
Language: Native or C1 English is essential for clinical handovers and guest interaction.
Profile: Discreet resilient and capable of maintaining high standards at sea.
