Job Summary
About the role.
This is a conversion-focused sales role working with warm leads offering strong earning potential and clear career progression within a high-performance environment.
Position: FX Sales Executive
Location: Lisbon Portugal
Employment type: Full-time
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Contact and convert warm leads into funded trading accounts
Build strong relationships with Brazilian clients and support them through the onboarding process
Educate clients on trading platforms products and market opportunities
Drive client deposits and increase trading activity
Conduct consistent follow-ups to maximise client lifetime value.
REQUIREMENTS:
Native/fluent Brazilian Portuguese and English (minimum B2)
Previous experience in sales tele sales or conversion roles (FX crypto or iGaming is advantageous)
Strong communication negotiation and persuasion skills
Target-driven mindset with a focus on performance and earnings
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-energy sales environment.
