Job Summary

Role Overview
This senior leadership role oversees the full spectrum of finance operations while also driving enterprise information systems and digital enablement. The position partners closely with executive leadership to support business growth strengthen governance and deliver data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Leadership & Operations
  • Manage daily finance functions including accounts and management reporting.
  • Lead core activities such as accounting budgeting forecasting treasury costing and tax.
  • Ensure timely accurate and compliant financial reporting aligned with local and international standards.
Strategic Planning & Performance Management
  • Direct annual budgeting and forecasting aligning financial objectives with operational plans.
  • Monitor performance identify risks/opportunities and recommend corrective actions.
  • Provide variance analysis and operational metrics to support leadership in driving growth and efficiency.
Financial Strategy & Risk Management
  • Optimize capital structure through debt/equity management.
  • Develop strategies to mitigate financial operational and technology risks.
  • Oversee cash flow liquidity and working capital to ensure long-term stability.
Information Systems & Digital Leadership
  • Provide governance and leadership for enterprise systems and IT landscape.
  • Oversee ERP financial applications reporting tools and enterprise platforms.
  • Drive digitalization automation and system enhancements to improve efficiency and controls.
  • Partner with IT teams and vendors on implementations upgrades and cybersecurity.
  • Establish IT governance policies covering data security access and continuity planning.
Governance Compliance & Stakeholder Management
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and IT governance standards.
  • Act as liaison with auditors regulators banks and technology partners.
  • Communicate performance risks and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
People Leadership & Continuous Improvement
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing finance and IS team.
  • Set objectives conduct evaluations and provide coaching.
  • Drive continuous improvement in processes systems and reporting.
Key Requirements
  • Degree in Finance Accounting Information Systems or related field; professional qualifications (ACCA CPA CIMA) preferred.
  • 1015 years of progressive finance leadership experience ideally with ERP/IS oversight.
  • Proven track record managing end-to-end finance in manufacturing or FMCG environments.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems financial applications data governance and digital transformation.
  • Analytical strategic and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on leader capable of operating at both strategic and operational levels.
