We are looking for an adaptable empathic business development manager who will contribute to the growth. Primary responsibility will be creating managing and maintaining a pipeline of high-quality leads & to lead them to the closure of the projects for the organization.

Responsibilities

Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth

Researching planning and implementing new target market initiatives

Researching prospective accounts in target markets

Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle

Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients

Setting goals for the business development team and developing strategies to meet those goals

Training business development staff

Requirements

Essential Skills:

Must have knowledge around sales strategies in international market

Must have excellent communication skills

Must have strong convincing skills

Must be a Pro in cold-calling

Good knowledge of getting quality leads for Web and mobile development

Ability to handle the team
