Job Summary

Position: Airport Ground Staff Company: Bluespirit Location: Hyderabad Telangana India Contract Details: Full-time Job Description: Bluespirit is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. As a member of our ground staff you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our airport. Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers with check-in baggage handling and boarding procedures - Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns from passengers - Monitor flight schedules and communicate any changes or delays to passengers - Coordinate with other airport staff such as pilots and flight attendants to ensure a safe and timely departure - Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during the flight - Maintain a clean and organized airport terminal - Adhere to all safety and security protocols and regulations - Assist with loading and unloading of baggage and cargo - Handle cash and process payments for excess baggage or other services - Assist passengers with special needs or disabilities - Complete administrative tasks such as preparing flight reports and updating passenger records - Continuously strive to provide exceptional service and contribute to a positive and welcoming airport experience for all passengers Requirements: - Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills - Ability to work well in a team and independently - Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays - Physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage - Basic computer skills - Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus) - Prior experience in the aviation industry is preferred but not required If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service have a positive attitude and are ready to be a part of a dynamic team we encourage you to apply for our Airport Ground Staff position at Bluespirit.
