We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PEB Structure Engineer to join our dynamic construction team. As a PEB Structure Engineer you will play a pivotal role in the design development and execution of Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) systems ensuring structural integrity compliance with industry standards and timely project delivery. This role demands a deep understanding of steel structures advanced engineering principles and project lifecycle management. You will collaborate closely with design procurement and on-site construction teams to deliver cost-effective safe and innovative PEB solutions across industrial warehousing and commercial projects. Your expertise will directly influence project success client satisfaction and the companys reputation for engineering excellence in the construction sector.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the structural design and analysis of PEB systems using advanced software (e.g. ETABS AutoCAD Tekla Structures).
- Perform detailed load calculations wind and seismic analysis and ensure compliance with IS AISC and other relevant codes and standards.
- Prepare detailed shop drawings material take-offs and technical specifications for fabrication and erection.
- Coordinate with project managers architects and contractors to ensure seamless integration of PEB components into overall project plans.
- Conduct design reviews and ensure constructability durability and cost-efficiency of PEB solutions.
- Troubleshoot structural issues during fabrication and site installation providing timely engineering support.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring adherence to deadlines quality benchmarks and safety protocols.
- Stay updated with emerging trends technologies and innovations in PEB design and sustainable construction practices.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
- 5 years of hands-on experience in PEB structural design with proven track record in industrial and commercial projects.
- Proficient in structural analysis and design software ( ETABS AutoCAD Tekla Structures or similar).
- In-depth knowledge of IS codes AISC standards and local building regulations.
- Strong understanding of steel fabrication welding bolting and erection methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to travel to project sites for supervision coordination and technical support as required.
- Willingness to work on $worklocation and adapt to project-specific timelines and demands.
