  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers ensuring efficient scheduling.
  • Provide feedback to candidates regarding their applications and interview statuses.
  • Assist in the development of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to represent the company.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to refine hiring processes and improve candidate experience.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement in hiring strategies.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all candidate interactions.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
