ABOUT THE JOB
We are seeking a reliable and adaptable Sales Support Executive to play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team and serving customers within Chinas dynamic Food Industry. This position serves as the crucial link between our China sales force and our regional headquarters in Bangkok and global HQ in France. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication organizing and consolidating information related to samples orders documentation and complaints and managing day-to-day office operations.
Requirements
Responsibilities and Duties
Consolidate and manage all distributor and direct customer orders to the order team in Thailand ensuring precise documentation for smooth compliance and import/export processes.
Act as the primary communication hub between the China sales team and internal support teams in Bangkok and France managing inquiries document requests and providing timely updates on orders and shipments.
Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions contracts and agreements and manage distributor sample inventories to ensure compliance and data accuracy.
Enter and track sales projects in the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system coordinating closely with the sales team to ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date.
Oversee day-to-day office administration including verifying business claims and invoices for accuracy and managing office-related suppliers and utilities.
Coordinate the logistics and execution of marketing activities and events with local and regional teams.
Identify opportunities for and support initiatives aimed at improving processes and operational efficiency to meet company growth objectives.
Profile Requirements
Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Sales Support Coordination or similar operational role.
Proven expertise in order management documentation and administrative processes.
Excellent coordination communication and interpersonal skills with a keen eye for detail
Fluency in both English and Mandarin is a mandatory requirement. Proficiency in French is a significant advantage.
Highly reliable adaptable and able to thrive in a complex cross-regional operational environment.
Experience from industrial or E-commerce sectors is welcomed; a background in the food industry is not a prerequisite.
