Job Summary
You will report to the Asia Sales Manager-HBK Audio.
Work Location: Shanghai
Responsibilities:
- Daily PO maintenance and order handling;
- Assisting with Sales on quotation preparing and related documentation;
- Cooperating with Global Program Coordinator and Relationship Manager to process the PO and demand communication;
- Coordinating with Sales on after sales activities like calibration repairing warranty etc;
- Maintaining the Key Account sourcing and purchasing contact relationship and PO following;
- Operating the HBK system like Exiger SAP Salesforce etc;
- Consolidating the PO and opportunities information and monthly sharing with HQ.
- Coordinating Sales contracts for POs with customers
- Coordinating End user statements for POs with customers
- Delivering information for import handling for Key Accounts CMs (and other customers) in China
- Acquiring Proof of Delivery notices on shipments to Key Account CMs as required.
- Supporting request for information on logistics for Chinese HBK Audio customers
Requirements:
Native Mandarin and fluent English both for oral and writing;
Strong sales and/or customer service background more than 10 years experience;
Proficient in using office related software
Priority with relevant industry backgrounds / high tech products
