Summary

The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by performing several administrative tasks.

Essential Functions:

  1. Ensure all purchase orders are properly processed accurately and kept up-to-date daily.
  2. Track new equipment from factory to ensure delivery is met.
  3. Receive equipment and give a CMI unit ID number.
  4. Enter all estimated cost including freight work orders etc. on sold equipment into the Flyntlok system.
  5. Coding and posting manufacturer invoices against POs reconciliation any differences.
  6. Keep sold equipment spreadsheet accurate and current.
  7. Report to manufacturers the status of all units.
  8. Keep all sales manuals updated and current.
  9. Responsible for equipment scan files being complete and current.
  10. Maintaining accurate and current Equipment allocation reporting to sales and executive team.
  11. Work with the warranty department to ensure that all machines are registered with the manufacturer.
  12. Work with the sales department to ensure sales packets and required manufacturer forms are completely and accurately filled out and signed by customers.
  13. Train sales department when new requirements are required by manufacturers.
  14. Maintain spreadsheet and track any manufacturer discount programs.
  15. Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

  1. High School Diploma
  2. Two years experience in administrative support.
  3. Expert Level of competency in Microsoft Office (Word Outlook Access Excel and Power Point)

Physical Requirements

This is largely a sedentary role requiring use of typical office equipment such as a computer laptop and cell phone. Most work is completed in an office environment. This position will require walking standing bending and occasionally lifting up to 25lbs.

  • 8-hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Occasional Saturday
