About the Role
As an Account Manager youll own the full expansion sales cycle for a defined book of existing mid-market construction customers. This is a quota-carrying role ideal for a consultative seller who enjoys strategic account ownership and is focused on uncovering opportunities to deliver additional value for customers.
In this role youll collaborate closely with the Chief Revenue Officer Sales Team and Customer Success to maximize customer lifetime value while identifying and closing upsell opportunities over time.
This is a remote role that requires residency in Tennessee.
Responsibilities
Drive account growth by identifying positioning and closing upsell opportunities within existing customers
Conduct regular business reviews with key stakeholders to assess product adoption value realization and expansion opportunities
Build and maintain trusted relationships with construction leaders finance teams and operations stakeholders
Maintain accurate pipeline activity and forecast data in our CRM (Hubspot)
Represent Finvari in customer meetings site visits and industry events as needed
Serve as the voice of the customer internally providing product and market feedback to Sales Product and Leadership
Partner with the Chief Revenue Officer on account strategy opportunity prioritization and deal execution
Qualifications
Bachelors degree and 3 years of quota-carrying experience in account management customer success or sales
Experience selling SaaS fintech or commercial card / payment solutions
Proven ability to drive expansion revenue and manage a book of business
Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to engage executive-level stakeholders
Exceptional communication organization and time-management skills
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple expansion opportunities simultaneously
Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with autonomy and accountability
Willingness to travel periodically for customer relationship-building
The On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this role is $175000 with unlimited commission potential.
