We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager to lead construction projects from pre-construction through final closeout. This role is responsible for delivering projects safely on time within budget and to the highest quality standards while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will oversee all planning coordination scheduling budgeting and execution activities ensuring seamless communication between field teams subcontractors vendors and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

Lead full project lifecycle management from kickoff to completion

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets

Monitor safety quality cost control and profitability metrics

Coordinate field operations and office support teams

Manage subcontractor performance and contract compliance

Conduct project meetings and provide regular status updates

Oversee project documentation and closeout procedures
Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Engineering Construction Management or related technical field (technical degree acceptable)

Minimum 10 years of construction or contracting project management experience

At least 3 years of experience in a Project Manager role

Strong background in estimating
-
Comfortable working in both office and active job site environments
-
Willingness to travel and/or temporarily relocate based on project requirements

Experience in self-performing heavy or industrial construction preferred
-
Proficiency with computers and construction management software

Strong leadership planning and organizational skills with a team-oriented mindset
