Role Description
Role Description:
As a Software Engineer - Application / Platform support at Incedo you will be responsible for providing technical support for client applications and platforms. Your duties will include troubleshooting technical issues maintaining system uptime ensuring compliance with technical standards collaborating with other teams to resolve issues and maintaining accurate records.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Providing technical support for applications and platforms.
Configuring and maintaining application and platform components.
Monitoring and analyzing application and platform performance metrics.
Troubleshooting and resolving application and platform-related issues.
Collaborating with other IT teams to ensure application and platform integration and functionality.
Maintaining documentation of application and platform configurations and changes.
Technical Skills
Skills Requirements:
In-depth knowledge of the applications/platforms being supported and the underlying technologies.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex issues in a timely manner.
Familiarity with ITIL processes for incident problem and change management.
Understanding of scripting languages and automation tools to streamline support processes.
Must have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Must understand the companys long-term vision and align with it.
Nice-to-have skills
Qualifications
Qualifications
3-5 years of work experience in relevant field
or MCA degree from a reputed university. Computer science background is preferred
