We are looking for an Enterprise Application Administrator to join our Security and IT team and play a pivotal role in supporting business growth while maintaining scalability and security. As an Enterprise Applications Administrator you will manage and optimize enterprise applications including Salesforce and Intercom. Youll collaborate with stakeholders across multiple departments provide user support and help ensure the performance and security of enterprise systems.

What Youll Do

Administer monitor and improve cloud-based enterprise applications ensuring best practices security performance and scalability.
Support the configuration customization and administration of Salesforce including user management enhancements data integrity and security.
Participate in projects related to new enterprise application selection expansion migrations and decommissioning.
Document processes configurations and best practices for application management integrations and support.
Manage Salesforce users profiles roles permission sets and access reviews.
Configure Salesforce using declarative tools such as Flows workflows validation rules and approval processes.
Coordinate Salesforce releases testing and deployment of new features.
Provide Salesforce user training onboarding and ongoing support.
Response to support tickets raised by internal stakeholders.

What Youll Bring

Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in administering and supporting enterprise applications and/or integrations.
At least 5 years of general IT experience
Salesforce administrator certification.
Experience administering Salesforce lightning including configuration customization user management workflows and reporting.
Strong understanding of cloud technologies and experience with enterprise Saas application management.
Knowledge of IT practices and experience implementing security measures for enterprise applications.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams manage multiple stakeholder projects.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce automation tools such as Flows.
Experience creating and maintaining reports dashboards and analytics in Salesforce..
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.

Nice To Have

Experience with Health Cloud or Health Care sector
User support experience with various enterprise applications like Dialpad Intercom Zoom Jira etc.
Experience working with organisations with more than 500 users.

The base salary for this role ranges from $80000-$105000 in local currency depending upon experience
