About the role:
Clutch is looking for a Retail Team Lead to be the face of our company at our first Retail location at Bayshore Mall! Since our entire car-buying process is online youll be the first Clutch employee our customers meet when they pick up or sell their vehicle. Youll have the freedom to go above and beyond to make sure every customer has a great unique experience. What youll do:
- Delivering a uniquely special experience to each and every one of our customers.
- A major part of this job is having exceptional customer service skills where youll be the face of the company in addressing customer needs resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction at every touchpoint.
- Need a sharp eye for detail as you inspect vehicles carefully assessing vehicle aspects to identify potential issues ensuring the highest quality of service is provided to our customers.
- You will be accurately and efficiently completing customer paperwork as well as taking thorough notes in our customer tracking system.
- Youll also be a team player by assisting other team members with various tasks as necessary.
What were looking for:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience:
- 1 years in a retail store management
- 2 years of customer-facing experience
- A love for retail and building exceptional customer experiences
- License: Minimum Class 5 License with no restrictions
- Driving Record: 3 years of clean drivers abstract with no major infractions.
- Background Check: Clean criminal background check.
- Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Availability: Willingness to work retail hours including evenings weekends and holidays
