Role Description:
Design & Prototyping:
Create wireframes user flows journey maps and interactive prototypes.
Design visually appealing and responsive UI layouts for web and mobile products.
Deliver high-fidelity designs using tools such as Figma Sketch or Adobe XD.
Design Systems & Standards:
Develop and maintain design systems style guides and reusable components.
Ensure design consistency accessibility (WCAG / AODA compliance) and brand alignment across platforms.
Collaboration & Implementation:
Collaborate with product managers developers and stakeholders throughout the design lifecycle.
Support development teams by clarifying design requirements and reviewing implementation.
Testing & Validation:
Test and validate designs through usability testing and A/B experiments.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated on UI/UX trends emerging technologies and best practices to enhance user experience.
