The Senior Technical BASIS Lead will report to the Technical Manager and is responsible for managing and maintaining the technical infrastructure of SAP systems ensuring stability performance and security. This role includes leading a team of Basis administrators and providing outcome-based value to projects.

Responsibilities:
- Managing and maintaining the technical infrastructure of SAP systems.
- Ensuring stability performance and security of SAP systems.
- Leading a team of Basis administrators.
- Providing outcome-based value to assigned projects.
- Creating written reports and status updates on program progress.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving with keen attention to detail.
- Working effectively with diverse teams to build and maintain positive relationships.
- Managing and maintaining the technical infrastructure of SAP systems.
- Ensuring stability performance and security of SAP systems.
- Leading a team of Basis administrators.
- Providing outcome-based value to assigned projects.
- Creating written reports and status updates on program progress.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving with keen attention to detail.
- Working effectively with diverse teams to build and maintain positive relationships.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Post-secondary degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in business analysis system analysis and solution architecture of complex information systems.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in SAP BASIS administration with strong technical skills.
- 12 or more years of experience with SAP S/4 HANA ECC and other SAP modules.
- 12 or more years of experience with databases such as Sybase/ASE.
- 12 or more years of experience and proficiency using Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook TEAMS).
- Experience in a leadership role responsible for directly managing other employees and team members.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Clean criminal record check status.

Special Considerations:
- All services will be performed on-site at 215 Garry Street Winnipeg Manitoba.
- A clean criminal record check is required at the proponents expense prior to starting.
- Maintaining a clean criminal record status is required throughout the contract.
- An enhanced background check may be required.
- The proponent bears the cost of transition to a new resource if services from the resource are discontinued by the Proponent.

Scheduling:
- Standard working hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm CST (7.25 hours per day) Monday to Friday.
- Overtime work requires advanced written approval
