This is a rare opportunity for a seasoned values-aligned commercial leader to shape the strategy build the network and drive long-term growth for an Australian OEM entering the North American market.
This highly autonomous externally facing role is ideal for someone who knows the mining aggregates and heavy industrial landscape inside and out and who thrives on building something meaningful from the ground up. The Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of Strategy Growth & Innovation the Senior Business Development Lead (North America) will lead RCRs regional business development strategy across Canada and the USA.
This role is responsible for building market presence developing key customer and EPCM relationships and progressing complex long-lead commercial opportunities across mining aggregates and materials handling sectors. Youll act as the face of RCR in North America representing the brand with credibility technical confidence and commercial acumen.
The role is remote and location-flexible within Canada or the United States with proximity to a major industry hub (e.g. Western Canada Vancouver Arizona or similar) considered an asset. Extensive travel (approximately 50%) is expected.
