Role and Responsibilities:

The role is of Accessibility Test Lead.

Over 7 years of QA experience.

Thorough knowledge of accessibility testing techniques using automated and manual testing procedures is a must have.

Create accessibility procedures documentation and perform audits to determine opportunities for improvements.

Knowledge of Accessibility testing tools WAT JAWS Voiceover TalkBack desirable In-depth knowledge of QA concepts and test frameworks.

Experience with Jira and HP ALM

Excellent written and oral communication skills and analytical skills.

Highly developed critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Ability to prioritize work with a focus on deadlines and deliverables. Good team player with the ability to solve complex tasks and recognize and escalate risks without supervision.

Passionate about learning researching new tools and technologies.

Act as technical interface for team members and with other teams to resolve issues and communicate conclusions and recommendations.

Must have in-depth knowledge of accessibility standards and practices including the web content accessibility guidelines (WCAG).

Create accessibility procedures documentation and perform audits to determine opportunities for improvements.

Tools Knowledge of Accessibility testing tools like WAT (WebAssembly Text Format) JAWS (Job Access With Speech) Voiceover TalkBack and etc.

Ability to handle team (Size of at least 5)

Strong experience in handling tough customers tough business team.

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong background in Financial Services.

Possesses an inclusive human-centered approach to problem solving.
