We are seeking to hire an IT PMO Communicator to join our Professional Services team and become part of our success story. The ideal candidates have prior experience on project management in large-scale organizations with an established skill set on communication storytelling and content creation.
What youll do:
On Project Management:
- Explains what information is needed and ensures the team members provide this information to agreed targets of timelines and accuracy.
- Assists with planning scheduling tracking and reporting using established tools and processes.
- Follows recommended solutions to ensure accurate documentation and communication of PMO activities progress.
- Collaborates closely with project teams and stakeholders gathering updates and information to maintain PMO records and ensure alignment with PMO objectives.
- Participates in project boards assurance teams and quality review meetings when necessary.
On Data Analysis:
- Supports data analytics by gathering and preparing data from multiple sources including Jira platform.
- Applies analytical-statistical methods and software tools to analyse data and develop reports.
- Assists in identifying trends patterns and insights that inform business decisions.
- Collaborates with team members to refine analysis techniques and maintain PMO data quality.
On Communication Management:
- Executing monitoring and optimizing communication initiatives to engage across various target audiences and achieve desired outcomes.
- Helps develop and enhance stakeholder relationships implements stakeholder engagement and communications plans.
- Contributes to the analysis of PMO metrics and prepares reports and slide decks.
- MS PowerPoint Afficionado (story & content thinking graphic design & visual metaphors data & information visualization tool mastery and workflow efficiency).
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in IT or related field.
- At least 5 years of professional experience.
- At least 2 years of professional experience as Scrum Master or Agile practitioner or IT project manager.
The following will be considered as a plus:
- PMP or Prince2 or Prince2Agile certifications.
- PSM (L1 or L2) or PMI-ACP certifications.
- Professional experience in a large-scale organization.

Candidates should be:
- Must be authorized to work in the EU.
